Sometime when we login on mig and want to pv with our contact list but no one of contact list is set presence on so try this method. you enter any room an take privat chat than enter the username of your friend with correctly. Then you can start private with your friend. If when you send a message and there is no information its mean your friend is online. But if the information said the user is not online its mean you have been blocked by him. try it
